We participate in the National Poultry Improvement Plan. Our flocks are tested by the state vet. This allows us to ship our hatching eggs within the continental U.S.
We do not ship eggs / chicks out of the U.S.A.
We also offer Local Pickup on Long Island, NY.
Orders will be filled and shipped in the order payment is received. We will do our very best to ship in the month you request. Occasionally, there are unforeseen circumstances that can delay shipment (such as but not limited to : bad weather & uncooperative hens). We will communicate when your order is shipping. Please feel free to contact us for a timeframe update.
We have a shipping cost of $25 for
our hatching eggs.
This covers the shipping charges and all the packaging material used to safely ship eggs to you. We use USPS Priority (2-4 day delivery) to ship our hatching eggs. Please reach out if you would like to pay additional for Express Shipping.
Purchasing hatching eggs is a gamble. You could have a 0% hatch rate or 100% hatch rate and anywhere in-between. For shipped hatching eggs, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specified time after we ship the eggs. Please keep in mind that extreme temperatures, low air pressure in airplanes, rough handling, delays in transit and delivery, can all affect the hatch-ability of eggs. Occasionally damage in shipment does occur. If this happens please email us photos / proof of damage. We will reship eggs for only shipping cost. Please understand that up until the moment the eggs leave our possession, we have done everything on our end to ensure that you are receiving fresh, fertile eggs! We regularly check the fertility percentage of our eggs and we collect the eggs up to the minute before they leave, to ensure you are getting the freshest, fertile eggs!
